Product Overview

The Pepperl+Fuchs NCN4-12GM35-N0-V1 is a non-flush mountable inductive proximity sensor with a 4 mm rated operating distance. Featuring NAMUR output with normally closed (NC) switching function and SIL 2 certification according to IEC 61508, this sensor is designed for demanding industrial automation and safety applications in hazardous areas.

The sensor features a stainless steel (AISI 303) housing with a PBT sensing face, providing excellent durability in harsh environments. With an IP66/IP67 protection rating and a wide -25 °C to +100°C operating temperature range, it is suitable for use in challenging industrial conditions, marine applications, and explosive atmospheres.

Important: NAMUR sensors must be operated with approved switch amplifiers (e.g., Pepperl+Fuchs K-System isolated barriers). This sensor cannot be directly connected to standard PLC inputs.
