High temperature resistance: Can be used in high temperature environment such as welding robots and injection molding machines.

Low temperature resistance: Available in aircrafts and space environments.※ Built-in type only

Vibration: 196 m/s²{20 G} at 10 Hz. 500 Hz, for 2 hours to each of three axes.

Shock: 981 m/s²{100 G} for 6 ms, 3 times to each of 6 axes, 18 times in total.
